Dr. Singh is a leading authority on the neuropsychiatric care of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). As lead author of Neurobehavioral Manifestations of Prader-Willi Syndrome (Cambridge University Press), he has shaped the field’s clinical standards. He serves as Vice Chair of Psychiatry and Chief of Research & Grants at Maimonides Medical Center, overseeing over $25M in funded projects and multiple PWS clinical trials. Through PWS Plus, he’s pioneering a scalable model that merges research with real-world impact.

Dr. Anand blends pediatric expertise with systems leadership. As theAssociate Director of Pediatric Ambulatory Care at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, she led behavioral health integration in one of the nation’s most underserved settings. A passionate advocate for PWS care, she has played a key role in clinical strategy and the development of Dr. Singh’s textbook. With specialized training from NY State’s Project TEACH, she now leads interdisciplinary care models for children with complex needs.
